So this morning I am waking up to day 3 of Jenny Craig. I recently lost 10kilos on Body Trim. It was an easy diet to follow but I involved eating mountains of protein and the thought of going back to snaking on ham made me feel ill. I did put 3 kilos back on so it was time to find my motivation again.
So far, so good. I am loving the food. It's delicious. Only thing that is annoying is all of the lunches are ones that need heated up. This is going to be testing. I will be sure to ask if there are any cold options. I have warned hubby that I really want to stick to this for the first 8 kilos, so our nights out will have to be kept to a minimum. After the 8 kilos I go onto a day of my own food so we can once again enjoy a meal out.
I must have been crazy to start this over Easter, but it's probably an extra kilo I won't have to lose.
My first weigh in was at 73kilos.
First month goal is to be back in the 60s
Second month goal is to get back into a gym routine and love it again
Third month goal is to reach my mini goal of 65kilos
My goal weight at this stage is 60 kilos. May re evaluate to 55, but will wait and see how I feel.
